Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
What are flat measurements?
We measure our garments on a flat surface, not a dress form or actual person. We recommend measuring one of your own garments on a flat surface to compare to an item you are thinking of purchasing.
For bottoms, such as pants or skirts, the waist measurement is also flat, so you will need to double it to get the whole circumference.
Sizing details
What does pit-to-pit mean?
It is the length across from one arm pit to the other when the garment is laying flat.
Sizing details
How do you measure length?
It is generally the center length of the garment from the neck (excluding any collar) to the bottom of the hem as measured on a flat surface.
Sizing details
How do you measure sleeve length?
We measure sleeve length under the arm, from arm pit to the end of the cuff.
